We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard services. For special events, weddings, or peak season (December-April), we suggest booking 2-4 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Yes, we provide transportation services throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and the Florida Keys. Additional fees may apply for destinations outside Miami-Dade County.
Gratuities are not included in our quoted prices. While not mandatory, a 15-20% gratuity for exceptional service is customary and greatly appreciated by our professional staff.
